Program description
Messages relate to our commercial and government vehicle sales business. You may receive texts about inventory availability, quotes and bid follow-up, appointment confirmations, delivery and upfit status, order and documentation updates, and occasional promotional messages about vehicles, incentives, and fleet programs.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will receive messages as needed in connection with your inquiry, order, appointment, or subscription to the program.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages we send to you and messages you send to us. Check your wireless plan with your carrier if you have questions about rates.
Consent is not required to buy
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any vehicle, product, or service from PFVT Motors, LLC dba Peoria Ford.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Opt-out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send one SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

"MSRP" excludes destination, taxes, title, registration, and other fees and may not reflect the selling price. Optional equipment and upfits are not included unless specifically indicated. Images are for illustration and may not match a specific unit. Each transaction price is set by the dealership and remains subject to direct negotiation, applicable government or fleet contract terms, and manufacturer programs.
Pricing, discounts, incentives, and availability may change at any time without notice. Confirm all information with our government and commercial sales team before relying on it.
12. Manufacturer Incentives

13. General
These Terms are the complete agreement between you and PFVT Motors, LLC dba Peoria Ford regarding use of the Site and supersede prior understandings on that subject. Headings are for convenience only. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them without restriction.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PFVT Motors, LLC dba Peoria Ford and our officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any misrepresentation you make.

IF WE ARE FOUND LIABLE, OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO $500. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO CLAIMS IN CONTRACT, TORT, AND ANY OTHER THEORY RELATED TO USE OF THE SITE.
16. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, all disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by final and binding arbitration before a neutral arbitrator instead of in court. Hearings, if any, will be by teleconference or videoconference unless the arbitrator determines an in-person hearing is appropriate. In-person hearings will be in a location reasonably convenient to both parties. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms contain the full understanding between you and us with respect to the Site. Except for fraud, you may not rely on statements not set out in these Terms.
